ABC's 'Bachelorette' discusses her new career in television.

Ali Fedotowsky of Bachelorette fame is back in front of the camera! This time it's on the morning news. The 25 year-old ABC star who left her job at Facebook to appear on The Bachelorette this past Spring recently reported her new career direction via Twitter, announcing that she had landed a role with the news team at Fox 5 San Diego . So far it seems that she will be discussing love and relationships, as her first on-air debut this morning included answering viewers' questions on topics such as long-distance romance and how to prioritize in a relationship.

In an interview with E! News, she explained her position. "I'll be focusing on relationship stories mostly. Some people may wonder why I would be good at talking about relationships and think it's because I was on The Bachelor, but I actually studied relationships and intimacy in college."

"We'll see how I do and hopefully I'll be doing a lot more segments for them after Monday... I don't want work to take me away from San Diego right now. At least in the beginning, Roberto and I want to be putting everything into our relationship."

Fedotowsky and her Bachelor choice, Roberto Martinez , moved into an apartment together in San Diego last month. The couple are engaged and have not yet announced a wedding date.
