Comic Con 2011 was full of comic book enthusiasts and pop
culture fans alike. However, one paranormal team that has taken cable
television by storm drew such large crowds at the event that the
Huffington Post had to investigate.
David Moye, a writer for the website, was lucky enough to sit down and speak to the Ghost Adventures crew, which regularly explores haunted locations for their show on the Travel Channel. Zak Bagans, Nick Groff and Aaron Goodwin have quickly become some of the most popular icons in the paranormal world and real world alike.
While the three investigators were in town, they filmed an episode of the show at a nearby San Diego location: the Cosmopolitan Hotel. For years, paranormal activity has been reported at the facility.
"There's a lot of different phenomena going on at this hotel," Bagans told Moye and the Post. "There's residual haunting, there's intelligent haunting, and there are also objects that are apparently haunted."
The new season of Ghost Adventures begins on September 23. Until then, Bagans is currently hosting his solo ghostly show, Paranormal Challenge, on the Travel Channel.
