What You'll Need:
2 1/2 cups distilled or mineral water (filtered from tap is just fine, too)
1 tsp fresh mint leaves
1tsp rosemary leaves
1 tsp anise seeds
What You'll Do:
Boil
the water, then, add herbs and seeds, and let it stew for for 40
minutes. Cool and the strain. If you would like to make a larger
quantity, double or triple the recipe then add 1 tsp of tincture of
myrrh as a natural preservative.
In an hour, you'll have your own moutwash that disinfects, freshens and cleans - without any of those silly bells and whistles. Enjoy!
